Luna Scortegagna is an Italian mixed-media artist based in Vicenza. She earned a diploma with honors from the Art School of Schio, then graduated in architecture from the University of Venice and later obtained a master’s degree with honors in exhibition design at the Polytechnic of Milan. She won the 1st prize in an international fine art competition at the age of 16 and exhibited her works in Italy and abroad (Beijing, Melbourne, Paris, London, Frankfurt, Krakow, etc.). Recently she was invited to showcase one of her creations on the iconic stage of a TEDx event.

Through her tactile artworks Madama Luna explores the unseen, the intimate struggles and secret dreams we often conceal, yet that ultimately unite us all. Her practice is driven by a pursuit of authentic connection, both with our inner essence and the tangible world.
The creative process behind every Madama Luna creation involves a blend of diverse techniques and materials, ranging from modern digital tools to traditional artisanal skills. Each piece is unique and entirely made by hand through a time-intensive method aimed at delivering a layered richness that mirrors the intricacy of our inner world.
